Even Battery-Shopping Is Fun

Things in China are a little different. At home, a calculator might come with extra batteries. In China, batteries come with a free calculator.

I imagine this one as one of those Amazon recommendations. “If you enjoyed electronic devices, try silverware!”

Life in China has caused Stick and me to ask each other questions that we hadn’t really considered at home. What can we live without? What are our goals? Where will we be in five years? How much privacy does one need for Shandong Stomach?

And then, should we get the batteries with the nail clippers or with the wristwatch?

Yeah, I had same experience that seeing a lovely lady for half year, and I moved in with her and her 5 yr old boy and 3 yr old girl for free.

    Chinese: Song De 🙂
    English: Free

Some 50 years ago, in some inland provinces, some place really poor, that most young men went out to big cities, only women left there. So if a guy marry a girl, then he must marry her sister(s). And some, two brothers marry 1 girl, due to the village lacking women.

Not to mention that if you marry a girl then you must marry her dirty clothes piled up on your couch, even though she does laundry, then her international flags will fly in wind on the balcony.

Did I miss the In-law speech, let me not to wish any times, cuz you all had enough I guess.

I really miss the era of dating that portraits by Macdonald, No Onion. But when you married, then you would marry her and get green cheese or stinky tofu for free.

Anyway you and Stick should buy the package with battery and spoon and fork, cuz I think they go together.

I think Stick does not only marry Mag only, he may get something really free 🙂

I could not wait your pictures of Chinese traditional wedding, or if you guys want to come back to US get married.

    OMG

Am I asking too much, or too rush forward?! 🙂
