N.

Barbie just introduced me to N., a Stephen King story, about a psychiatrist and his patient, who might be saving the world or just garden-variety insane. The story is intriguing and it’s been turned into a series of short, comic book-style videos (adapted by one of the Eli Stone guys, too). It’s completely addictive, each segment is so short that you’re left panting to see what happens next.

Warning: The series isn’t complete yet! Be prepared for a cliffhanger!

King is the S. The Dark Tower is one of the best things I’ve ever read, and I consider that anyone who hasn’t read it is somehow a little less complete.

I read the first part of N, but I somehow forgot about it. I may have to revisit it.

I agree with Stuart. King is the S, and the Dark Tower was fabulous. I have never cried so hard as I did when I read Wizard and Glass.

I think some where along the way I heard about N, but I don’t think I read it. I collect his first edition books. Wizard and Glass is probably the most expensive one I’ve been able to purchase. I got it for something like 250 and it is now worth over 300. At least my investment is growing, if not by much.

Thanks for sharing the information about N. I’ll have to watch it.

I’m a Stephen King fan in general, but it’s the combination of King’s suspense and the pretty comic-book art that really makes it. Although the 2-minute show, with about 2 minutes of adverts and loading time between them got a bit frustrating as I got more into it and really needed to see what happened next!
