The number 33 bus takes you right to Port Authority. Trust me, Montclair is the knees. We have Globe Trotter Antiques. We have the Wellmont Theater. Silent movies with organ. The Montclair Art Gallery. George Inness. Have you heard of him?
Paul Kinsey, describing the attractions of 1962 Montclair in Mad Men, season 2.

Does this mean you are in Montclair? Any chance you maybe coming into the city?
I was highly tickled when an episode of "Mad Men" specifically mentioned taking the 33 to Montclair! And this was like 1972- I wonder if they did the research to see that the bus code had never changed?
@Marc, no but I'll be in Montclair for a visit in August!@Roy it was funny to hear about the Wellmont as the hot place to be… instead of the cheaper, rundown movie house.

I know! I'm so sad I won't see you guys. Will you be in NJ for Thanksgiving? We keep missing each other on Lavalette / Polatsek holidays!
We'll have to break the cycle at some point so we can all meet up again in NJ.
